Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm CST, and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm CST. We only ship to addresses in Canada.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept Visa®, Mastercard® and American Express®.

TAXES

We will add 5% GST to all orders. For orders from customers located in Manitoba, 7% PST will be applied.

SHIPPING / RATES

We ship all orders via Canada Post's Parcel Post. Regular Parcel delivery times are within 3 business days locally, 4 to 6 business days regionally and 5 - 10 business days nationally between major Canadian centres.

Value of order up to $50.00 -- shipping is $12.
Value of order $50.01 - $100.00 -- shipping is $16.
Value of order $100.01 and up -- shipping is $25.

CHRISTMAS ORDER DEADLINE

Our cut-off date for Christmas orders is December 15, 2008.
